The dependence between the decrease in the economic efficiency of the enterprise and the decrease in financial flows to environmental projects is determined. It was also noted that an urgent task for the management staff of enterprises is the introduction of organizational design levers and, possibly, the restructuring of the management system, taking into account the emphasis on the environmental component in production activities in order to prevent environmental damage, taking into account the renewal of fixed assets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The auxiliary management subsystems of the enterprise are considered, the analysis of the current model of the management system of JSC &#171;Russian Copper Company&#187; is carried out. The implementation of an ERP approach at this enterprise, as well as key criteria for environmental responsibility, is proposed.
