The connection is traced from the language of terms to the application of the found possibilities of interconnection to the assessment of efficiency of use of the sports facility. In the proposed upgraded model adopted methods of calculation of efficiency of use of a sports facility to remedy the shortcomings of the original model. In the original model there is no possibility of accounting for the reasons for the changes in the magnitude of the effectiveness of a sports facility and not identified controls this value. Communication with the operating rules, technical and organizational content sports facilities corrects the deficiencies of the model.
