He emphasizes that competition is fundamental in a market economy and emphasizes that successful organizations are those that can withstand both internal and external competition. The author believes that the competitiveness of an organization presupposes effective economic interaction with consumers, suppliers and competitors. The article examines the main components of competitiveness and proposes a classification of criteria for assessing the competitiveness of products. According to the author, the group criterion is a complex indicator that includes various characteristics that determine the competitiveness of a product from different points of view. In addition, the article notes that competitiveness in the domestic market differs from competitiveness in the foreign market due to government influence on the former. When assessing an organization&#8217;s competitive position in the market, it is important to analyze its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the factors influencing consumer perception. The work provides various classifications for determining the competitiveness of an organization, including both external and internal factors. The author argues that to increase the competitiveness of an organization it is necessary to have primary competitive advantages. One of these benefits can be product differentiation, which allows you to stand out in the market and attract more customers. Another important factor is providing superior value, that is, offering products or services at better prices than competitors. It is noted that these factors not only contribute to increasing the level of competitiveness of the organization but can also become an obstacle.
