The author focuses his attention on the company \u00abVertex Games Studio\u00bb and evaluates its investment attractiveness. Currently, the company \u00abVertex Games Studio\u00bb is implementing a project called \u00abWithout Memory\u00bb. The goal of the project is the full development of a video game in the \u00abinteractive cinema\u00bb genre for a number of platforms. According to the author, the \u00abinteractive cinema\u00bb genre chosen for the project is an extremely popular genre of single-player computer games. The article analyzed the attractiveness of this project and highlighted the reasons for its attractiveness. The author is convinced that the primary indicator of investment attractiveness is the factor of obtaining a stable income over a long period of time. To assess the effectiveness of an investment project, statistical and dynamic methods for assessing the effectiveness of investments are used. After analyzing the specifics of investment activity in the gaming industry market, the advantages and disadvantages of this market for investors and companies requiring financial investments become obvious. As an analysis of investment attractiveness has shown, the \u00abWithout Memory\u00bb project is effective and profitable, both for the company and for the investor who will invest money in the implementation of this project. The indicators that were analyzed indicate the high investment attractiveness of the project. It is noted that the rights and obligations between the publisher and the developer are regulated by a special agreement and the laws of the country in which they are located.
