At the same time, thermal engineering devices used for production purposes operate a priori in modes associated with increased wear due to inefficient energy distribution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The increase in production requirements for the efficiency of heat exchangers is caused by the aim is to reduce the energy component of costs while maintaining the existing technology. The scope of practical application of heat exchangers affects many types of technological processes. Therefore, studies of the operating modes of such devices have the right to a long-term perspective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For conducting research, a thermal engineering device can be presented in the form of a coupled thermohydraulic system in which there are all types of heat transfer, thermal conductivity through the wall of the device, heat transfer from the wall and convection of the cooler (air or liquid) along the heated wall. Conducting experimental studies of coupled thermohydraulic systems for the most part indicates an increase in entropy changes at selected stages of the thermal cycle. The process of supplying energy to this system in the form of heat is carried out with increased costs, since the heat exchanger itself works with reduced efficiency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Such studies of the operation of heat exchangers make it possible to identify points of conservation or reduction of energy reserves, entropy growth, determine the time of the energy supply cycle and calculate its required values.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article reveals the actual issues of identification of thermal power parameters presented in a generalized form using the system state function.
