The work is aimed at finding effective methods and architectural solutions that ensure the coordinated functioning of territorially and functionally distributed components of the system in the context of dynamically changing production scenarios. The article provides a retrospective analysis of the evolution of approaches to organizing interaction in DAPCS, tracing the path from centralized monolithic architectures to modern flexible decentralized systems based on a service-oriented approach and multi-agent technologies. The key requirements for coordination mechanisms in DAPCS are systematized, including ensuring semantic interoperability, supporting dynamic reconfiguration of the link structure, taking into account real-time constraints, decentralized decision-making under uncertainty. The advantages and disadvantages of the basic architectural styles of interaction organization — canonical, event-oriented and service — are analyzed. Promising approaches to the construction of adaptive coordination mechanisms based on the multi-agent approach, the development of ontological models for representing knowledge about processes and resources, and the dynamic formation of coalitions of service agents for business process tasks are considered. A generalized conceptual model of a service-oriented multi-agent interaction coordination system is proposed, integrating the advantages of proactive decision making, semantic search and service composition. An experimental evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed model is carried out using the example of solving the problems of coordinating customized assembly processes in flexible manufacturing systems. The results of the study show the promise of the combined use of the multi-agent approach and service-oriented architecture for building adaptive decentralized coordination mechanisms that ensure stable and effective interaction of RASUP components in a dynamic environment

Keywords: distributed production control systems; interaction coordination; service-oriented architecture; multi-agent technologies; ontologies; semantic interoperability; dynamic reconfiguration; proactive decision making; decentralization; adaptability

Semenova Ekaterina Nikolaevna Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K.G.
