General cleaning» in the summer of 2024. As part of the expedition, man-made debris was collected from the coastline of the Khatanga River, and a strategic socio-ecological assessment of the settlement and the surrounding area was carried out.

The authors present information that allows updating data on the botanical diversity of typical ecotopes of the Arctic zone and assessing their ecological status. As part of the research, the results of chemical analyses of samples of local flora (using the example of narrow-leaved cypress) were analyzed, which made it possible to clarify the toxic elements that are indiscriminately absorbed by plants and pose a danger to human health in high concentrations.

The studies carried out as part of the strategic socio-ecological assessment will make it possible in the future to assess the feasibility of implementing certain spatial development projects, taking into account the high content of toxic elements (heavy metals — Cu, Ni, Zn) in the vegetative organs of plants and their possible subsequent translocation transfer. For individual ecotopes, insignificant recovery rates were noted after violations committed as a result of past economic activity. The information obtained allows us to conclude that there are a number of limitations in the implementation of spatial development projects in the village of Khatanga and adjacent territories.

Keywords: Arctic zone of Russia; Khatanga; General cleaning; geochemical state of soil cover; biophilic macronutrients; heavy metals; plant communities

Lebedev Yaroslav Olegovich Scientific Research Institute «Center for Environmental Industrial Policy», Moscow, Russia E-mail: ya.o.lebedev@ya.ru IRID: https://istina.msu.ru/workers/10632621 ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5792-1466 RSCI: https://elibrary.ru/author_profile.asp?id=779421 WoS: https://www.webofscience.com/wos/author/rid/A-6159-2019 SCOPUS: https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.url?authorId=57218527599 Kobets Dmitry Alexandrovich Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia E-mail: …

[46,5

post-2945","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-issue-3-2025","category-article
["GET
