Nosov, Magnitogorsk, Russia<br \/>\nE-mail: narkevich.am@gmail.com<br \/>\nORCID: <a href=\"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0009-0001-4157-2326\">https:\/\/orcid.org\/0009-0001-4157-2326<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The objective of the study, the results of which are presented in this publication, is to scientifically substantiate the synergistic effects of a system for monitoring the technical condition of hazardous industrial facilities as a result of its impact on industrial safety measures. The study focuses on the formation of a structured list of effects, the identification of the proportion and nodes of effect amplification, and the construction of mathematical models for the quantitative assessment of the synergistic effect in industrial safety. The research has been conducted since 2020 as part of a contract with a large metallurgical company in Magnitogorsk. The availability of a list of system operating results and classified effects made it possible to construct an impact matrix. Based on the impact matrix, amplification factors were determined for elementary and group effects that are formed at the amplification nodes. Analysis of the impact matrix revealed a primary amplification of the propaedeutic and preventive effects as a result of the influence of virtually all elementary effects. Future research prospects include the development of a set of methods for the quantitative assessment of each type of effect and the determination of the advantages of each type of model for various operating conditions of the system for monitoring the technical condition of hazardous industrial facilities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> synergistic system; effects; monitoring; hazardous production facilities; system structure<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Osipov Nikolay Alexandrovich Magnitogorsk State Technical University named after G.I.
