Abstract. The role and place of modern digital trends in logistics as the main factor that compensates and neutralizes the negative trends that arise in the current crisis post-pandemic conditions are considered. The article explores and analyzes the experience of foreign companies and leading domestic companies in the field of informatization and digitalization of business processes in transport logistics.
