Modern trends in the concentration and structuring of resources in personal part-time farms

Abstract. The article analyzes the market situation, sectoral agrarian specifics and forecasts prospects for the development of personal subsidiary farms, taking into account the importance of increasing the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex and active support from the state of large companies and agroholdings. The author emphasizes the main objectives of the program for the development of agriculture until 2020, emphasizes the need to optimize state influence in combination with the laws of a market economy, solve demographic problems along with issues of social, infrastructure, educational and territorial development. In the expanded terminology plan, the concepts of concentration and structuring of resources are introduced to justify the combination of productive resources and the concentration of funds in infrastructure, housing construction, communications, road and transport networks in the agrarian sector. The article emphasizes that the change in the structure of resources within the consumer economy is due to the choice of the production direction, specialization, traditional or innovative technology, the organization of labor and production. The transformation of consumer personal subsidiary plots into specialized ones is predicted, depending on the potential and influence of informatization, mechanization and automation on productivity while reducing manpower. The directions of specialization of personal subsidiary plots, related to the initial availability of resources, motivation of the owner, demand in the market and sales channels are specified. Forecast revenues with increasing marketability, identify the possibility of allocating 2-3 hectares of land from the area of empty productive land, it is proposed to classify in relation to resources and production goals, which includes 5 main groups, for subsidizing and targeted support of personal subsidiary plots. It is concluded that the current trends in the development of the agrarian sector are related to the preservation of personal subsidiary plots, as the basis of the agrarian environment, the way of life, self-employment and self-maintenance with food. personal subsidiary plots are the basis of the agrarian economy and the basis for the development of peasant farms and small businesses.
