Abstract. The author of this paper believes that in order to identify operational risks at a
dry-cleaning enterprise, it is necessary to analyze production processes and evaluate their efficiency and safety. Analysis of production processes allows you to identify shortcomings in the work, possible problems and risks that may arise in the course of work. Evaluation of the efficiency and safety of production processes allows you to determine how safe and efficient the operation of the enterprise. According to the author, one of the ways to identify operational risks is to conduct an audit of the safety of production processes. The audit allows you to evaluate the risk management system, identify vulnerabilities in production processes and develop a plan of measures to eliminate risks. Process safety audits should be carried out regularly to ensure that all systems, processes and equipment are operating properly and complying with safety standards. The author notes the need for regular inspections of equipment and buildings for compliance with safety requirements and the prevention of possible emergencies. Regular checks help to identify malfunctions and potential problems that can lead to accidents. They also allow you to eliminate problems in a timely manner and prevent possible negative consequences. To reduce operational risks, it is necessary to provide the personnel of the enterprise with the necessary knowledge and skills for the safe operation of equipment and the conduct of production processes. Personnel training should be regular and include both general safety rules and specific instructions for working with specific equipment and production processes. The author notes that the identification and management of operational risks in a dry-cleaning enterprise is an important element in ensuring the safety and efficiency of production processes. Regular review of production processes, conducting safety audits, regular inspections of equipment and training of personnel — all these measures help to reduce operational risks and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the enterprise.
