Abstract. In the digital economy, the valuation of companies and their property is becoming an increasingly difficult task. The author notes that in the digital economy, companies operate not only with traditional factors, such as financial performance and assets, but also with new ones, such as intellectual property, analytical data and technology. According to the author, one of the main factors affecting the value of a company in the digital economy is the availability of innovative technologies and patents for its developments. Companies that own new technologies and patents can generate high returns and have more room to grow. When evaluating such companies, it is necessary to take into account their intellectual property. Another important factor affecting the value of a company is its reputation and brand. In a digital economy where information spreads very quickly, companies must pay special attention to their brand and reputation. Negative reviews and comments can greatly affect the value of a company and its property. The author emphasizes that when evaluating companies in a digital economy, it is also necessary to take into account their analytical data. Companies that can collect and analyze large amounts of data have more opportunities to develop and improve their operations. When evaluating such companies, it is necessary to take into account their ability to analyze and use data. In addition, as the author points out, an important factor affecting the value of a company is its ability to adapt to changes in the digital economy. Companies that are able to quickly adapt to new technologies and market demands are more likely to succeed. When evaluating such companies, it is necessary to take into account their willingness to change and their ability to innovate.
