Abstract. The author considers the problem of cyclical treatment of waste generated at commercial real estate. Despite the insignificant, in comparison with the industrial sector, the share of negative impact on the environment of the imported 1 m2 area, the total share of negative impact brought by the whole complex of buildings and service infrastructure of commercial real estate requires special attention. The paper discusses the prospects of the organization of collection and disposal of substances containing useful components burial which, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 25.07.2017 № 1589-p, is prohibited.
