Abstract. The article is devoted to the identification and analysis of the features of fire safety management at enterprises and organizations when implementing an intelligent fire safety system developed on the basis of Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies. Analyzing the statistical data, the authors of the article identified the main causes of fires. One of the main reasons is the violation of the rules for the installation and operation of electrical equipment. In order to reduce the number of fires for this reason, the authors propose using an intelligent fire safety system that includes various technical devices developed on the basis of industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technologies. The article describes in detail the essence of fire safety technologies developed using the industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, as well as provides examples of the implementation of the described technologies. These include: smart sensors and detectors, automated fire extinguishing systems, cloud platforms for remote monitoring of the fire situation, smart fire extinguishers, and fire fighting robots. After analyzing all the information presented, the authors of the article also identified certain problems related to both the regulatory aspects of the introduction of this type of device in enterprises and organizations, as well as directly with the devices themselves. These problems include the lack of a regulatory framework for such devices, lack of autonomy as a key requirement for fire safety devices, and differences in testing methods for intelligent fire safety devices. In conclusion, the authors of the article propose a number of measures to minimize the risks described above.
