The relationship between the cost of labor and the efficiency of their use in transport

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of low labor productivity in Russia and the possibility of its increase. The author analyzes the main parameters of the National project «Increasing labor productivity and supporting employment» and concludes about the lack of efficiency. It is proposed to bring the price of labor to the real cost of labor as the main factor of labor productivity increase in the economy as a whole and on land transport. The article presents a new method of its calculation developed by the author.
