Development of measures to improve the efficiency of a fitness corporation

Abstract. This publication is devoted to the issue of ensuring the economic security of a sports organization (fitness corporation). Particular attention is paid to the role of information and analytical support for economic security. The author notes that the competitive environment in the sports recreation market enters as the main object of research when implementing information and analytical support for the safety of a sports organization. The article focuses on the fact that the role of information and analytical support for the safety of a sports organization is high due to the high intensity of competition in the fitness services industry and the use of aggressive methods in competition; challenges faced by the Russian fitness industry. Special attention in the article is paid to the analysis of the process of information and analytical activities in a fitness corporation. The author argues that due to the absence of a separate business unit engaged in information and analytical support for economic security, some difficulties arise when setting, adjusting the problem and communicating the results of the research to the decision maker. The article also identified threats to the economic security of the organization. According to the author, the market for fitness services is rapidly changing due to the current geopolitically unstable situation in the world. Therefore, there are often cases when information becomes outdated, and, accordingly, the results of its analysis, even before these results are provided to the manager or decision maker. The author believes that it is advisable to create an information and analytical department within the economic security service. In addition, the author proposed a number of measures to improve the efficiency of information and analytical support for the economic security of a fitness corporation. The final part of the article presents calculations of the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
