Current trends in economic development, management and marketing in China

Abstract. The modern economy of China is a phenomenon of global scale, as in a few decades the country has become a powerful power. In the context of strengthening Russian-Chinese economic relations, it is of interest to study the positive experience and forecast the prospects for further cooperation between the two countries.
The article discusses some aspects of the formation and current trends in the development of Economics, management and marketing in China.
In particular, a brief overview of the current state of the PRC economy; identified and described the main features of the national management; author’s position and highlighted nine main stages of evolution of the concept of marketing in China since 1978 to 2019.
Some data of the survey of Chinese students regarding the most popular marketing tools in the coming years are presented.
