Abstract. In samoreguliruemaya organizations (SRO) are formed two channels of communication leadership and members of the organization. The official channel is generated by the flow of documents ensuring the functioning of the organization according to the intended purpose of the SRO as an institutional mechanism for continuous improvement activities of companies – its members, according to the adopted in the organization quality standards. Informal channel creates a flow of information accompanying the activities of the organization as an organizational mechanism, continuously improve economic efficiency of enterprises in terms of their competitiveness. In the latter case will involve the basis of SRO non-commercial partnership, which for «their» enterprises may operate as a communication center as a project office, as the umbrella organization of the Corporation and others non-commercial partnership integrates data about the functional capabilities of the enterprises-members of SRO. The data collected in the database, are the basis for the expansion of their own capabilities SRO for optimizing the cost of performance of work by staff of companies – members SRO. In addition, the analysis of data on competencies of specialists each company, allows management of SRO to form creative teams of employees of all companies-members SRO. Formed teams able to solve the problem which unable to solve experts are only one company. For the formation of teams of specialists use of information systems as the SRO and information support of the enterprises-members of SRO. Information system SRO find and fix the problem, priorities for the development of enterprises-members of SRO. These systems plan the training of employees of the enterprises to acquire the additional competencies required for the solution of problems not previously faced by these enterprises. Thereby, the SRO manages the personnel of the enterprises-members of SRO on the basis of the generated and stored information resource about the employees. The organization implements the principles of self-regulation.
