Current approaches to managing organizational resistance during digital transformation of enterprises

Abstract. In the context of digital transformation of high-tech enterprises, organizational resistance is becoming one of the key barriers to successful implementation of innovations. This article considers methods and strategies for overcoming it, as elements of a general corporate risk strategy. The authors analyze the cyclical nature of changes and present a model of iterative implementation of innovations, including the stages of planning and preparation, implementation and consolidation of changes.

Particular attention is paid to the strategic approach to resistance management, within which several key strategies are identified that are used in various economic situations for the enterprise. Each of these strategies within the framework of the project approach to implementing innovations is based on a set of methods, including alignment of changes with the business goals of the organization, early notification of employees, their involvement in change management. Integration of business data, etc., covering all stages of change implementation and its consolidation in daily practice and in corporate culture.

In conclusion, the authors emphasize that effective change management not only minimizes the risks of digital transformation, but also contributes to the formation of an innovative culture capable of adapting to new challenges of the digital economy.
